ADHD and Autism Evaluations
The Testing Process
1. Intake
We start with an in-depth intake session to discuss your concerns, background, and goals. This helps me get a full picture of your strengths and challenges and tailor the assessment accordingly. For children, this includes input from parents and teachers. For adults, we explore how symptoms show up in everyday life, work, and relationships.
2. Testing

Using research-backed tools, I assess areas such as:
Attention, focus, and executive functioning, social communication and emotional regulation, sensory experiences and behavior patterns, and cognitive and adaptive functioning The process typically includes structured testing, rating scales, interviews, and observations. When helpful, I collaborate with schools or other providers to gather additional insight.
3. Feedback

After the assessment is complete, we’ll meet to go over the results. I’ll explain what the findings mean in clear, straightforward language, and answer any questions you may have. We’ll also talk about next steps and what supports might be helpful.
4. Written Report

You’ll receive a detailed report that includes test results, diagnostic impressions (if applicable), and personalized recommendations. This can be used to access school or workplace accommodations, support services, or treatment planning.
