Hi, I’m Dr. Rachael Keyser.

​I’m a licensed psychologist based in Paoli, PA, and the person behind Meadow & Mind. My work is shaped by both clinical expertise and lived experience. After navigating infertility, IVF, and eventually motherhood myself, I came to this field with a deep appreciation for how isolating and overwhelming life transitions can be—even (or especially) when you’re “high functioning” on the outside.

My therapy style is warm and collaborative, but also honest, grounded, and often infused with humor and a little sarcasm—because sometimes laughter makes the hard stuff easier to hold. I specialize in ADHD and Autism, reproductive mental health, and relational work with individuals and couples. I also conduct psychological assessments that help clients understand the deeper layers of how their brains and emotional patterns work.

I earned my MA and PsyD from Immaculata University and have advanced training in psychological testing, perinatal mental health, and couples counseling. Whether you're seeking therapy or testing, I bring curiosity, clarity, and care to help you feel understood, not pathologized.
