I offer a structured sliding scale based on total household income for both testing and therapy services. Please contact me if you would like to discuss these rates.

I am an out of network provider, which means that I do not accept insurance. However, I am able to help you file on your OON claims. Click here to read why I have chosen to not work with insurance companies.

To make therapy affordable to all, I utilize Mentaya. This is a service that helps you get reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.

Steps to get reimbursed:

2. I will enter your sessions into the platform.

3. Mentaya submits the claim and handles any insurance follow-up.

4. You get reimbursed by insurance

Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim, which includes handling any paperwork required,

dealing with denials, and calling insurance companies.

$200 for a 50 minute individual session

$300 for a 90 minute couples intake

$200 for all subsequent 50 minute couples sessions

Assessments

$1,500 for a comprehensive ADHD evaluation

$1,8000 for a comprehensive Autism evaluation

$2,500 for a comprehensive combined ADHD/Autism assessment

Pre-Adoption Evaluations

$500 for an individual

$1,000 for a couple

Gender Confirmation Surgery Letters

$200 per letter

I have also pledged with with the Gender Affirming Letter Access Project to provide free or low cost letters for those seeking services when necessary.
