I work primarily with women navigating things like infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and all the messy, meaningful in-betweens. I also work with couples who want to feel more connected, and I offer psychological assessments when you need answers or direction around ADHD, autism, or other concerns.
At the heart of it, I believe therapy should feel like a real relationship. You bring your story, your questions, your strengths — and I’ll bring curiosity, compassion, practical tools, and the occasional well-timed joke. About Me
Hi, I’m Dr. Rachael Keyser — a licensed psychologist in Paoli, PA. I work with people going through some of life’s most tender, confusing, and transformative moments. Whether you're navigating infertility or perinatal struggles, feeling stuck in a relationship, or wondering if ADHD or autism might be part of your story, I’m here to help you sort through it all with clarity and compassion.

My style is warm, collaborative, and deeply human — but I’m also pretty direct, down-to-earth, and known to bring humor into the room when it helps. Therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time; sometimes a little laughter or a straight-shooting perspective can be just as healing as tears.

My own journey through infertility, IVF, and eventually motherhood is a big part of what drew me to this work. I know firsthand how overwhelming and isolating that path can be, and it’s an honor to walk alongside others facing similar challenges.

I earned my MA and PsyD from Immaculata University, and have advanced training in psychological assessment, reproductive mental health, and relationship dynamics. Whether you’re coming in for testing or therapy, I’ll meet you exactly where you are — with honesty, care, and zero judgment.
